Binance Review
Trust Wallet is a mobile decentralized cryptocurrency wallet (owned by Binance). It is an American company that is based in California and operates worldwide.
The wallet is only available via app, which can be downloaded for free at Google Play, Android and The
Apple App Store. The app is available in 11 different languages, including English, Russian and Chinese.
The app also supports 40 blockchains and over 160K digital assets such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETC) and Dodgecoin (DOGE).
The Trust Wallet enables anonymity, as it has no KYC (know your customers) policy, meaning it doesn’t
require your personal information in order to open the wallet.
In order to receive and send crypto, you would need to copy your wallet address, which the app also provides as a QR code. The app is free to download, however there are network transaction fees. The amount you pay per transaction is determined by how much you are willing to spend. The more you pay the faster the transaction is being processed. The price you pay depends on a number of factors, including the size in kilobytes. The Trust Wallet app claims that it sets the best transaction fee based on network congestion, but it can still be manually overridden by the user.
If you wish to purchase cryptocurrencies, the app enables to do that through its platform, using 3rd party providers (Simplex, Moonpay, Wyre, and Mercury). There is a 50$ minimum and a 2,000$ limit per purchase.Depending on the crypto provider, user verification may be required before making a purchase. In that case, the user will be directed to the relevant website in order to complete the process.
If you wish to contact Trust Wallet, you can do so through their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit and Telegram.
Regarding user reviews, the wallet has a 1.5 stars rating on TrustPilot. The wallet has 130 negative reviews with users complaining about scams, stuck funds and bad customer service.
In conclusion, the Trust Wallet seems like a promising prospect at first, with no downloading fee and no verification process, but according to many of its usersit could also be a real headache and potentially a scam, so user discretion is advised.
